Return Policy

All products are brand new (unless clearly marked) and come in the factory box provided, so if the product is damaged physically in shipment, a full refund may be executed. All damage claims and defects must be reported to us within 3 calendar days after the delivery date. For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect it for damage. Our vendors do make every effort to prevent shipping damage, but it can happen. In the event that damaged merchandise is received, you may choose to refuse delivery, or be sure to keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps:

United Parcel Service (UPS): Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit. Contact our Customer Service Center and we'll arrange for a reorder or credit.

Motor Freight (Truck line): If a trucking company delivers damaged merchandise to you, please write the nature of the damage on the shipping receipt (Bill of Lading), and be sure that both you and the driver sign this receipt "with exception." Save all cartons and packing materials. If the damage to the merchandise is severe, you may refuse the delivery, again noting the damage on the Bill of Lading. Please contact our Customer Service Center immediately for further instructions.

If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and 20% restocking fees. Merchandise returned without our authorization will be refused and the carrier will charge you for freight in both directions. To help avoid any additional charge (depending on the item), please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all the accessories and the owner's manuals. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

In order for the return process to begin, you must obtain a return authorization number. To do this, please email us at custservice@campgearplus.com. All returned products must be in the original condition and packaging.
